Molly Zelvonberger provides professional paralegal support and strategic consulting services. Non-Legal Entity: We do not employ attorneys and do not practice law. Direction of Services: Our services, including high-level legal analysis and document preparation, are provided either under the direction and supervision of licensed legal professionals or as limited administrative support to the public.

2. Eligibility & Scope of Services For Legal Professionals

We provide strategic support and analysis to attorneys and law firms. These services are governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Engagement Letter which supersedes these Terms where applicable. For the Public: Our assistance to the general public is strictly limited to procedural tasks, document preparation, factual research, and administrative consulting as permitted by law. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a request requires the expertise or representation of a licensed attorney.

3. Client Responsibility Users of this website and our services are responsible for: Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Understanding that our services do not constitute legal representation. Retaining independent legal counsel for any matter involving the interpretation of legal rights, court appearances, or complex litigation.
