Terms Of Use

Welcome to Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services (the “Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are your trusted partner for comprehensive legal support. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our paralegal services (the “Services”). By engaging our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services offers a range of non-lawyer support services to assist attorneys and law firms. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Legal research and writing
  • Document drafting and preparation (e.g., pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence)
  • Case management and organization
  • Trial preparation assistance
  • Deposition summaries
  • Administrative support related to legal matters

It is expressly understood that Molly Zelvonberger is a paralegal and not an attorney. Our services are provided to and under the direct supervision of a licensed attorney. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship

Our services are for informational and support purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We cannot and will not provide any legal opinions, recommendations, or strategies. The information we provide is intended to assist a supervising attorney in their representation of their client.

No attorney-client relationship is formed by engaging our Services. Communications with Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services are not protected by the attorney-client privilege, though we are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide clear instructions and all necessary documentation for the requested tasks.
  • Ensure that a licensed attorney is supervising all work performed by the Firm.
  • Review all work product for accuracy and completeness under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
  • Use the work product provided by the Firm only under the direction and authority of a licensed attorney.
  • Adhere to the payment terms outlined in these Terms and any accompanying engagement letter.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees for Services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or fee schedule provided to you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services are billed on an hourly basis. Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment of invoices.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of legal matters and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided to us. We will not disclose any of your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Work Product

All original work product created by the Firm in the course of providing Services to you will become your property upon receipt of full payment for the Services rendered. We retain the right to use our skills, knowledge, and experience for other clients, provided that we do not use or disclose any of your confidential information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services provides support services under the direction of a licensed attorney. The ultimate responsibility for all legal work rests with the supervising attorney. In no event shall Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services, its owner, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from our Services is limited to the total amount of fees paid by you to us for the Services in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services, its owner, and its employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or the actions of your supervising attorney.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement for any reason upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State].

Any dispute arising out of or  in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to mediation in [Your County], [Your State] before a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may pursue any and all remedies available to them in a court of competent jurisdiction in [Your County], [Your State].

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on our website or providing written notice to you. Your continued use of our Services after any such amendments shall constitute your consent to such changes.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any engagement letter or fee schedule provided to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.


By engaging the services of Molly Zelvonberger Paralegal Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
