Daily requests

Broward County: An Army servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a child custody or guardianship matter. The soldier's minor siblings are currently living in an unstable environment, including witnessing DV between their parents. The soldier would like to obtain guardianship or custody over her siblings to provide them with a safe and stable environment.

Anne Arundel County: A military spouse seeks pro bono assistance with a probate issue. The client's active duty spouse recently died intestate in the line of duty. She seeks assistance to probate his estate. The couple also shares a child with special needs, and the client is interested in potentially creating a special needs trust for the child as well.

Mecklenburg County: An Army servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a consumer law matter. The soldier recently purchased a vehicle, paying a down payment and then financing the remainder of the price. The vehicle was not in the dealership's possession at the time of sale, but the dealer informed the soldier that she would have the vehicle within weeks. It has been nearly a year, and the soldier still does not have her vehicle. She seeks assistance to pursue the proper remedy.
